Join this hands-on developer workshop where you'll build two AI agents from scratch, instrument them with real-time observability, and expose their tools through an MCP server. You'll learn how agents think, act, and plan — what makes them powerful, where they break, and how to make them shine. Expect fast coding, live demos, and hopefully some "aha!" moments as we turn theory into intelligent, inspectable, and reusable AI systems. We might even play with different models.
