Greg Langmead is a software engineer, entrepreneur, and former Apple machine learning engineer and manager. During his 14 years at Apple, Greg worked on Apple Books, News, and Stocks, spending much of his career developing machine learning technology. In 2026, he founded Luminous Designs, where he develops mobile apps for Apple platforms. Greg holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Columbia University and an M.S. in Logic from Carnegie Mellon University. His interests span software development, artificial intelligence, mathematics, music, and games, and he brings a deep curiosity and love of learning to the classroom.
